This regards a conservatorship case where the county resident is guilty of elder abuse and the court and public guardian sanction that abuse. The opposing party has been put down, ignored at every venue. Plus the judge set aside a Legally binding Mediation agreement without notice and ignored his own order (twice) to go to mediation.
